Artwork and Mockup Approval

For custom or corporate orders, production may begin after approval. Approved errors may not qualify for free replacement.

Orders

Pricing

Personalized ecommerce products may show direct prices. Corporate products may be quote-based and depend on quantity, branding method, deadline, and availability.

Corporate RFQs

RFQ submissions are requests for pricing and are not confirmed orders until a quotation is accepted and payment, deposit, and approval requirements are met.

Payments

Payment options may include Cash on Delivery, Pay on Collection, Manual Payment, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money where available, and future online payment methods if implemented.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to product type, order quantity, location, and agreed timelines. Pickup may be available where confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Returns & Refunds Policy. Customized items are generally reviewed differently from standard non-custom items.

Customer Uploaded Content

Customers must have the right to use uploaded logos, photos, names, images, text, and artwork.

Prohibited Uploads

Customers must not upload unlawful, offensive, abusive, misleading, or copyright-infringing content. Gift Craze may refuse work involving unsuitable content.

Intellectual Property

Gift Craze website content, branding, images, designs, and layouts belong to Gift Craze or their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Gift Craze is not liable for indirect losses, customer-provided errors, delays outside its control, or third-party service delays.
