Order Cancellation Policy

Personalized Orders

Personalized orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once customization, printing, sourcing, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Charges After Production Starts

If costs have already been incurred, partial charges may apply. This can include design, sourcing, materials, printing, branding, or courier costs.

Corporate Orders

RFQs may be abandoned before quotation acceptance. Confirmed corporate orders may be cancelled only according to agreed quotation and payment terms.

Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable once sourcing, branding, design, or production has started.

Gift Craze Cancellation Rights

Gift Craze may cancel or revise an order if product availability changes, a pricing error occurs, payment is not confirmed, uploaded content is unsuitable, or fulfillment becomes impractical.

Refunds

Approved cancellations may be refunded, credited, or replaced depending on order status and payment method.
